EXTEMIT-K student at EMBO Practical Course: ‘Single-cell Genomics: Get started’ in Portugal

Organized by European Molecular Biology Organization (EMBO) and conducted at University of Minho, Braga, Portugal. The seven-day program included both wet-lab and bioinformatics training, including single cell gene expression analysis.

Apart from training, Mr. Johny was given the opportunity to present a talk on his plans for the ‘Application of single cell transcriptomics in understanding bark beetle olfaction’.
